It's quite a story.  12 years ago Miss Angie became WSOC's Handwork teacher.  Before Miss Angie, Miss Christiane was the Handwork teacher who only left that post to become the Grades teacher for the current 12th Grade.  As Miss Christiane was handing over the reins (or the knitting needles) she also bestowed Miss Angie with a large supply of materials.  Including....the yarns that now makes up this glorious bag.  12 years ago Miss Angie started working with the yarn, not knowing what it would become.  Recently, Angie had the eureka moment and realized "this beautiful yarn wants to be a bag!".  So she added handles, lined it, put in a fabulous pocket, and donated it for our auction!!!

Since the day the current 12th Grade (Christiane's first class) started 1st Grade, Miss Angie's been crafting away at this bag.

It comes with unlimited repairs by Miss Angie herself, although we do not expect there will be a single snag or gap.

A culinary masterpiece of an adventure with WSOC's own resident chefs - Adam and Johana Baird.  They are opening up their home to a group of 20 foodies.  The evening begins with sparkling Spanish wines, handmade Tapas, and a wide array of flavors and textures to ignite the senses.  The group will then sit down to be treated to a series of courses and more Spanish wines, leading to the main course and their specialty:  Spanish Paella - a blend of seafood, chorizo, and smoked chicken.  Of course the evening is capped with mouth-water desserts.  Ask anybody who has been to a Baird dinner before.  They remember…and so will you!
